Who are we looking for?
We are looking to recruit caring, passionate and enthusiastic individuals to support our service users in our residential settings. We are looking at individuals with a background in a care role, ideally Learning Disabilities and Vulnerable Adults, however this is not essential as in house training is provided.
The Support Worker Role –
We have vacancies in all four of our services; Northampton, Oxford, Fareham and Portchester. Your role will be to provide one to one support for our residents including personal care, cooking for / with them, accompanying them on days out, and generally providing a friendly face for them to engage with. Other duties include record keeping and medication administration. There is the option for Full Time or Part Time, Days or Nights.
