Who are we looking for?
We are looking to recruit caring, passionate and enthusiastic individuals to support our service users in our residential settings. We are looking at individuals with a background in a care role, ideally Learning Disabilities and Vulnerable Adults, however this is not essential as in house training is provided.
The Support Worker Role –
We have roles available currently in each of our homes. You would be based in either of our Portchester, Fareham, Oxford or Portchester residential homes. The homes support up to 6 residents. Your role will be to provide one to one support for our residents including personal care, cooking for / with them, accompanying them on days out, and generally providing a friendly face for them to engage with. Other duties include record keeping and medication administration.

Home Manager / Registered Manager – Bicester, Oxford
Salary between £31,500 – £36,000 PA (Negotiable) + enhancement for on call

Key roles;
- To ensure that the home is maintained and run-in accordance with the Care Quality Commission Guidelines.
- To assist in leading a team of staff providing care within the home.
- To ensure that all-current legislation in relation to Health & Safety, Employment Law and Care provision are adhered to all times
- To maintain the home within the budgetary constraints as determined by the funding authorities and by direction from the Directors.
- To ensure the safe running of the home on a 24hrs basis – this may include on call duties also.
- To attend service reviews, care planning meetings, reviews and home meetings.
- To recognise and ensure that the people we support being given a first class, safe and secure service.
- To protect and safeguard vulnerable adults, staff and visitors from all forms of abuse or neglect.

Staff Vacancies – Deputy Manager

The Role;
A Deputy Home Manager position has become available at our Residential Service – Holt Farm in Bicester, Oxford. As a Deputy Manager you will be assisting the Manager with the day to day running of the home. Duties will include development, implementation and monitoring of individual care plans, assisting with staff supervisions, administration and ensuring compliance with all relevant codes of practice and legislation as well as hands on shift work.
This will include working weekends and be part of an on-call rota. Shifts are currently 12 hours. 3 week one, 4 week two.
The ideal candidate must have experience with learning disabilities and an understanding of complex needs. Ideally you should have Health and Social Care Level 3 qualification and willing to enrol on a Level 5.

Residential Room Vacancies – Oxford

We currently have a lovely large room available in one of our homes, at Holt Farm, Hopcroft Holt, Steeple Aston, Bicester, Oxford OX25 5QQ.
The home provides residential care in a idyllic area on the outskirts of Oxford for up to 6 residents.
Please note this room can be decorated to suit the preferences of the individual.
We work with a variety of residents with complex needs including learning disabilities, mental health issues, epilepsy, dementia (age range 30+).
